The vacation rental house address you will be renting is, 4-1176 unit #1 kuhio hwy, Kapaa,Hawaii 96746 —- THIS IS A NON SMOKING HOUSE AND PROPERTY

This VR cannot be subleased or assigned to others without written consent of Steve Wolshin in advance. Steve Wolshin reserves the right to change or cancel the above reservation or occupancy due to any illegal actions from guest or occupants or if VR becomes unavailable for rental. $295.00 will be charged if check out is later than check out time with out written approval from Steve Wolshin.

THIS IS A VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT AND APPROVAL. BY YOU SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT AND APPROVAL, AND OR PAYMENT OF MONEY AND OR TAKING POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY AFTER RECEIPT OF THIS AGREEMENT AND APPROVAL, IT WILL SERVE AS EVIDENCE OF YOUR ACCEPPTANCE AND APPROVAL OF THIS AGREEMENT AND YOU’RE INTENT TO USE THIS PROPERTY FOR A VACATION RENTAL. YOU WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA FOR ANYTHING BROKEN OR EXCESSIVE CLEANING, (SAND) THAT MAY NEED TO BE DONE TO GET THE HOUSE READY FOR THE NEXT GUEST.

The Landlord hereby rents to the above mentioned guest jointly and severally the accommodations described above for the following term and rules with the following conditions:   (Rate is for 6 people or less)

#1. All reservations subject to cancellation charge of $200.00
#2. No refunds will be made if the VR is not rented for the reserved period.
If the home is re-rented, all funds collected minus all fees and charges will be refunded.
#3. If cancellation reservation results in partial or full refund, please allow 60 days for refund check.
#4. 90 days cancellation notice is required to qualify for full refund. Rent and excise tax will be forfeited with less than 90 days
written notice of cancellation.
